Hi all,
small words BIG thought!!!When Arnold Schwarzenegger was training, his partners would often secretly add weight to the current bar he was lifting when he went to the bathroom.
Upon coming back, Arnold would still be able to lift the weight, even though he didn't know it was any heavier.
