Here's a very simple exercise you can do to bring some relaxation and joy into your life, as well as potentially find out some more things about yourself that you never would've found out before.
Simply write down a list of 10 things that light up your life and commit yourself to doing at least one of those things every day.
It doesn't sound all that earth shattering at first, but give it a try and I guarantee you'll be pleasantly surprised at not only the obvious results, but of the other positive results that unexpectedly arise.
