Good mng!!!

Hi all,
Gm..
Have a blissful day!!!

Small words BIG Thought!!!

Whenever good things happen to you, however small they may be, celebrate.

Celebrate like you just scored the winning touchdown at the Superbowl.

You get a free drink at Starbucks?

Do a little dance, raise your hands up in the sky, and shout whatever good things come to mind.

You see the shirt you wanted on sale?

Do your strut, clap your hands, and wave them as high as you can.

In my experience, here's what happens when you celebrate the good things that come into your life.

You just get more of them.

Now, I could "logicalize" this as to why it happens, but it kind of takes the fun out of the whole thing.

Celebrate the good that comes into your life.

Every last drop.

It's uncanny how life seems to sense that and just bring you more.

Wonderful Mng!!!

Hi all,
Gm..
Have a wonderful start of week ahead!!

Small words BIG thought!!!

"Good job!"
Wherever you are, in your private life or in business, on top of the hierarchy or just beginning to climb up the ladder, you enjoy it when someone tells you "Good job!" But do you also play the reverse game? Do I hear you saying, "Didn't think of it" or "Have to focus on more important things"? With all due respect, you need to think again, because acknowledging a job well done is an incredibly powerful gesture that is greatly underestimated.

Everybody likes being appreciated and there are countless forms to express it, from "That was a great job – thank you!" to a simple, appreciative thank-you note, a little gift, an email after an interesting meeting, an extended birthday card. There are no limits to your imagination.

Allow me to mention two points that are important. Your praise must be honest, genuine and sincere – no phony talk. A snow job, lip service, and flattery get you nowhere and achieve the opposite. And the second point: your praise has to be timely and fresh, soon after the incident has happened. Waiting too long takes much of the power away. And if we say "Good job!" it make us feel good so isn't this another incentive?

How about voicing an unexpected "Thank you!" right now?

Vg.

Goodie mng!!

Hi all,

Gm..
Have a nice day!!!

Small words BIG thought!!!

Imagine your car was having some problems and you brought it to the mechanic.

He/she fixed it and gave it back to you.

But not only that, you got a follow up call from them a few days later to see how the car was running, if there were any more issues or concerns or questions you had.

How great is that?

Seriously.

Something you don't see every day.

That's the power of follow up.

Let us think of ways to use it in all aspects of our lives in order to better serve the people we care about.

Good mng!!

Hi all,
Gm..
Have a wonderful day ahead!!!

Small words BIG Thought!!!

When you do your best, your VERY BEST, that's all you can do.

That's enough.

You can't do anymore.

And you shouldn't feel bad if you can't do anymore.

Because you've done your absolute best.

But here's the thing.

Do your absolute best on a DAILY basis, the effects over time will be exponential.

Don't worry if you don't see great results at the end of the day of doing your best.
See how it all accumulates.

Gm..

Hi all,
Gm..
Have a splendid day ahead!!!!

Small words BIG thought!!!!

If you're still wishy washy about the idea of hanging around negative people, let me give you a visual example to put the issue to rest once and for all.

Let's say somebody standing next to you is sick as a dog.

Fever, headache, chills, sniffles, coughing, aching - the whole works and then some.

And they happen to sneeze right in front of you.

Not a small sneeze.
A sneeze that can knock down the tree in front of you.

A fine spray of saliva, mucus, and bacteria filling the air.

Now would you immediately stick your head right smack in the middle of all that and inhale as deeply and slowly as you would when smelling a beautiful rose?

That's exactly what people are doing when they hang around with negative people, whether they realize it or not.

Just an image to keep in mind.

Cheerful Mng!!!

Hi all,
Gm..
Have sizzling day ahead!!!

Pictures SPEAK!!!

At first, this logo might not make much sense. But if you look closely, you'll see the number 1 in the negative space between the F and the red stripes.
This logo also communicates a feeling of speed.

Take an idea from a totally different field than the one you're in right now.

Apply it to your own.

Bam.

You've got something going.

Fed Ex did it with the banking system.

Dry cleaners did it with the pizza delivery system.

What can you do it with?
